There was nothing I didn't like.

I'm such a pro at darts now thanks to the hotel! The city centre was practically in my backyard - such a brisk stroll! And don't even get me started on the on-site bar, just what I needed after a long day of sightseeing.
Such a shame there wasn't a buffet breakfast with champagne and caviar served every morning, I had to settle for a regular ol' meal. Hmph.

Mind-blowing garage parking for my motorcycle, super close to the station, and jaw-dropping walking distance to restaurants. The value for money was incredible, with clean rooms and a complete breakfast room for a reasonable price. The staff were super helpful and provided a locked bicycle park. The owners were welcoming and the food was delicious. Language app helped communicate as owners spoke minimal English.

This hotel really surprised me with two great things. its location is spot-on. It's just a stone's throw away from the train station, making it super convenient if you're traveling by train. Secondly, they offer locked bicycle parking, which was perfect for me as I love exploring the area on two wheels. Additionally, I enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff who gave me some great recommendations for places to eat nearby.
There were a few downsides to my stay. when I arrived, the hotel was locked with no staff present, and I had to call to get someone to let me in.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, just a short walk from the train station. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. I especially appreciated the locked bicycle park, as I had brought my bike along. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, despite the language barrier. They made an effort to communicate with me using a language app, and it worked out perfectly. The breakfast room was complete for the price, offering ground coffee and a good selection of items. this hotel provided great value for money.
Couldn't fault anything.

The room at Hotel de la Gare was cozy and comfortable, making me feel right at home as soon as I stepped inside. I absolutely loved the walk-in shower in the en suite bathroom, it was so refreshing and convenient. The free Wi-Fi was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected and share my awesome stay with friends. Having a flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, giving me the option to relax and catch up on my favorite shows.
Personally, I didn't really enjoy the air conditioning in the room, but I know some guests might appreciate it.
